This study describes and illustrates the fourteen agglutinated and calcareous benthic foraminiferal species of the Suborders Textulariina, Lagenina and Rotaliina of the Maastrichtian-Priabonian times belonging to twelve genera from five localities in the Norther Tethys (USA, Mexico, Italy) and Southern Tethys (Egypt, Pacific Ocean, Southern Ocean). The modern taxonomical consideration of the species is used, which were previously recorded in different literatures. Eight of the recorded species are believed here as new: Spiroplectinata italiana, Gaudryina depressa, Siphogaudryina hafezi, Bolivina kamali, Bulimina perforata, Valvulineria moneeri, Quadrimorphina baheri and Globorotalites mexicana. The foraminiferal assemblage indicates an open marine environment, which represents both of two assemblages: Midway-type fauna (MF) and Velasco-type fauna (VF) environments.
